Hot Warrior: advanced series of isometric postures

Hot Buns: focus on the glutes
Hot Bands: intense total body resistance bands workout

If there is a specific workout you'd like to do, please let us know in the comment section when booking. Otherwise, we will select one for you! Not all workouts are offered at each appointment time and we may need to place you in a different session than requested.
